How Many Sessions Will I Need?
Shorter-term problems usually need less sessions – some clients see me as little as once or twice. But if you’ve had the problem a while, or you have more than one concern, longer term work might be needed.
Short term work can be up to 12 session, whilst longer term work can be anything above that and some clients choose to ‘phase out’ their sessions – going from weekly to fortnightly or monthly before we end.
How Often Will I Need to Come?
That’s up to you. Some clients choose weekly, others prefer fortnightly, whilst some choose to come ‘as and when’ they need it. We’ll work in a way that suits you.
